“This past weekend the Velvet Brooklyn staff hosted my 32nd Mean Girls themed birthday party in their private lounge. Jose the event coordinator & GM, plus the rest of the Velvet Brooklyn staff were all very attentive & just AMAZINGGG with helping make my celebration such a special night!!!! From helping me set up a laptop to stream the movie on their screen behind the bar while the party was in motion, to just being so friendly & consistent with checking in. The lounge was perfect for my party. I had private catering come in before I arrived to set up the food and again the venue was so accommodating in assisting my caterer with whatever she needed. The night was so much fun, all of my guests were having a great time. I had a great time & would definitely recommend Velvet Brooklyn to anyone who is looking for a fabulous space to host their special events. Also I would like to shout out the owner, Phil for also being so wonderful throughout the whole booking process. Thank you Phil, you have a great staff behind you - keep up the great work & I will be stopping by soon to enjoy some cocktails!!!”
